1.You should say "can you help me?" for asking advice to people
and for giving decide try to say "In my perspection you should.."
2.For asking opinion say "what do you think about?" and for giving the opinion start with "for me (bla bla) is good/bad"
3.for accepting advice say "thanks for your advice" , and for accepting opinion say "I agree with you" and for accepting reccomendation say "Thank you foryour recommendation
